Another post about my weight -.-
As of 5:18 PM, I’ve consumed about 475 calories today T.T
Ironically enough, after throwing in 1 minute of jumping to the Number 1 Workout (111 crunches, 111 jumping jacks, 11 squats, 11 push ups, 1 minute jogging in place, 1 minute leg lifts) I used the fat burn by weight/time calculator and discovered I burned about 111 calories o_O

Today's Calorie Intake:
1 glass of o.j. - 40
1.5ish apples - 150
.5ish orange - 15
Dried Fruit snack - 70
= appx. 275 calories before dinner, and probably a small snack.
Thoughts?
Anonymous asked: hey, I read some health tips about losing extra weight, and it was in a magazine where they were talking about people who lost weight, and one person said when they were still hungry after one normal portioned meal, they ate a salad and it would fix their appetite. also fruit is good to tide you over when you're hungry even though you ate. just thought i would letcha know. (:
